Two Stabbed @ Secretsundaze London
Acclaimed London underground house promoters Secretsundaze were forced to stop their bank Holiday weekend party early at Studio 338 early last weekend, after two men were reportedly stabbed at the East London super-club venue.
One man was arrested and subsequently charged with Grevious Bodily Harm (GBH) following the incident which happened just before 22.30pm on Sunday night.
“We are shocked and saddened at the events that led to two men being injured at the event on Sunday. The safety and security of everyone attending our events is of paramount importance to us,” Secretsundaze said in an official statement issued several days later.
“Our thoughts are with the injured individuals and their family at this time and we would like to express our sympathy to them.”
Studio 338 also issued a statement and promised to be open again this weekend for their HOME event and We Are FSTVL after party.
“Sadly a small number of individuals who are not our usual clientele managed to gain entry to the event. Studio 338 has been well known for their tough door policy since opening,” they said.
“Unfortunately amongst these individuals a grievance led to a criminal act on the premises which forced early closure in order for the incident to be investigated by the authorities.
“The safety and security of our guests is of course our highest priority and something into which we invest a huge amount of time, energy and resources,” they added.
