Mariah Carey Announces Vegas DJ Debut
Las Vegas mega-casino Mirage is to host a gig by 90s pop icon Mariah Carey this weekend (Saturday June 25) when she headlines the gambling complex’s new EDM hotspot Oak.
The casino’s new nightclub ‘is the embodiment of sophistication, world-class service, and ultimate nightlife innovation, converging art and fashion, famous and infamous, cutting edge and established,” the Mirage website explains.
“Barriers have been deliberately torn down to create a sexy and unpredictable environment.”
Barriers remain at the entrance, however, with a door policy/ dress code they describe as “upscale chic.”
“Hats, t-shirts, chains, excessive jewelry, athletic wear, shorts, baggy attire, sunglasses, sandals/flats, and tennis shoes are not permitted,” they stress.
